#4 of 4-IM

Reiss was so excited to get a visit from his sister, brother and Colorado cousins while he was in the hospital for his last week of IM.  His nurse gave all 6 kids popsicles. Then we went to the play room. I'm sure they were happy to get rid of us for a little while!

 I was so impressed with the new "Forever Young" playroom at PCMC.  It is a fun room full of toys and activities for patients and their families to enjoy! My kids had a blast, and I know Amber's kids love going there to play with their little brother.  They have everything from crafts, ipads, video games, pretend play, a camping tent, and a "hospital corner" with all the kid size hospital pretend toys. A fun and cheerful place for these sweet little fighters to enjoy!

The good thing about being potty trained is you just stop what you're doing and pee in a container! Ha!

Another thing about this stay, was they got to watch the 24th fireworks, going off over the SLC valley, from his window! All the nurses were hanging out in his room because he had the best view!
